80' ELCO PT BOAT . . . First Series, 1942 John Kennedy's PT-109 is the one we all remember, but over 800 PT Boats were built. These deadly wooden boats served in the Pacific and Atlantic theaters. Our kit, designed by author/ model builder, Dr. Al Ross, portrays a typical 1942 80' Elco PT Boat. Recommended for intermediate to advanced builders.
