BB 59 USS Massachusetts Blue Water
Kit
The second class of fast battleships to serve in WWII, the South
Dakotas were fast and heavily armed. USS Massachusetts saw
service all during WWII. Kit has a single piece upper
& lower hull. The hull is split at the waterline to allow display
options. The main 16 inch guns have rivets on
top of the turret with crew access door under the turret. The 40mm
guns have shields & gunsights! Features an
extra 5" 38cal. gun mount on the 02 level & also has the boat
crane deleted on the South Dakota Kit recommended for advanced

Northampton Class Cruiser
CA-30 USS Houston
Blue Water Kit
Was the fourth
of the five "treaty cruisers" built during the 1930s & was one
of three American cruisers to win the Presidential Unit
Citation. On March 1st. 1942, Houston took on 3 Japanese cruisers and 12
destroyers of the Imperial Japanese Navy. The outcome never in doubt,
she was lost with 700 of her crew.
This is the first and most accurate kit on the market today. The upper hull is cast as a single piece casting
split at the waterline so the modeler can have a choice as to full
hull or waterline model. All the large parts, turrets, bridge, and
smoke stacks are cast in resin. Instructions
include painting
suggestions. The model depicts the ship as she was in 1942. Length

Gearing Class Destroyer Blue Water Kit
Gearing class of destroyers were the
final WWII Destroyers developed for the U.S. Navy during the 1940s.
This class replaced previous destroyer types because of size, increased
range and firepower. Kit is comprised of a single resin upper hull,
a single piece lower hull (allowing modeler to build a full hull or
water line model), resin stacks, turrets and platforms.
Photo-etched
brass sheet completes the kit with over 70 parts. Complete instructions
and painting suggestions included.

The Farenholt depicts the ship as she appeared in the desperate and heroic
struggle for Guadalcanal in 1942.The kit measures 11.5 inches long. The
kit is comprised of a single resin upper hull, a single piece lower hull
(allowing for full hull or waterline construction), resin stacks, turrets
and platforms. Other features of this kit are flat
sided smoke stacks, lower squared shaped bridge and cut back center deck

Entering service in 1918
too late for combat inn WW I, the S Class saw action in the early days of
WW II. The S-Boats were know as the "Pig Boats" due to their less than
pretty appearance. The Blue Water navy kit measures 7.5 inches long. The
subs small size does not mean little detail. the deck and sail are
reproduced to the exact plans used by Electric Boat. the hull and sail is
a single piece casting. A photo-etched brass sheet makes up most of the
boats details. This is a great starter kit.

DD 433 USS Gwin
The Blue Water Navy kit of Gwin depicts the ship as she appeared in the desperate and heroic struggle
for the Atlantic in 1943. A multimedia kit comprising a single resin upper hull, a
single piece lower hull (full hull or waterline), resin stacks turrets and
platforms. Other features of this kit are round smoke stacks, and a lower round
shaped bridge. The Gwin has two banks of torpedo tubes and twin 40mm guns.
