Introducing Our New "Tippecanoe" model kits. They sail fast even in stiff winds due to 1000's of miles of sailing experience behind their design. Great family fun for ages from 5 to 95!
The finest lake and pond-sailers since 1982 with over 35,000 of these powerful boats launched. Easily assembled in 20-30 minutes. All parts come sanded, ready to paint or varnish. Kits feature western red cedar hull, solid brass fittings, nylon spinnaker cloth sails, zinc/lead keel castings and are SELF RIGHTING. These models endure for years.

The T-15 Racing Sloop . . . Winner of Parents' Choice Award Gold Medal for excellence. In larger lakes she sails beautifully with a light line on the bow. Tug on the line and she will spin around and sail back. T-15 will sail back and forth almost continually in a swimming pool. Out on a smaller lake she’ll sail in a straight line to meet you from one shore across to the other. The T-Class Racing Sloop . . . Model yacht. This has always been our most popular design. There are over 13,000 T-Class sailing! The Ship’s Papers are numbered for each boat. She has the power to sail in the lightest breeze up to winds gusting twenty-five mph. In waves a foot high, she’ll take right off, heeling over and charging through them! In wide open water, sail her on a light line: she’ll sail out over a quarter of a mile with eight pound test monofilament fishing line on the bow! Tug on the line, and she’ll spin around, tack, and sail back to you! Set the rudder hard over and she’ll sail in loops. When you sheet in the sails, she’ll sail upwind within 45 degrees of the wind. Ease the sheets and she’s racing downwind. In a good breeze she sails straight across a lake a mile wide in just under half an hour! The Cruiser T-12 . . . is terrific in any water from the hot tub or swimming pool to ponds and lakes. Throw her in the water upside down, she’ll flip right up & sail off! In the pool she’ll sail back and forth responding to every swirl of wind. In the hot tub with jets, she’ll cruise with the currents. Cruiser is truly durable - the perfect boat to begin a life of sailing. All materials will withstand the effects of chlorine and chemicals in the pool and salt water at the beach.
