Weathering Powder Kit. . .  Photo shown below at left. are used mostly dry and stick very well to matt surfaces. The powders are imitations for rust, dirt, soot & dust smudges. Suggested method is to cut a regular pain brush to short length of fibers. Can be used with turpentine or with regular modeling paint. Requires a bit of trial and error. Contains 12 different weather powders for various colors, etc. on ships, bridges, buildings, etc.  (Sold as a kit only.)
